The first 30 days of storage for each mail item is free. Long term storage rates start at $1/item per month. All of our facilities are secure and monitored. You have full control, shred your documents or forward them anywhere in the world.
Send us your documents & mail
All of our plans include unlimited exterior mail item scans. Plans $99 and over include unlimited internal content scans for the first 20 pages, front and back. We scan in hi-res, OCR all documents to enable search, then deliver to your virtual mailbox.
Store, sync, shred, or forward
Once your documents are delivered and scanned you can decide what to do next. Digital copies are available in your cloud drive immediately, and there's no limit on how much you can store. Physical copies are stored in a secure warehouse. You can control storage costs by shredding or forwarding - high-volume pricing is available too.
Streamline your document workflow
Working with employees and collaborators is easy. Authorize access to your account, or sync your digital document copies to a cloud storage service like Dropbox, Box, or Google Drive. You can even send all your digital copies to Bill.com. Automating is easy with the Mailbox Rules engine, automatically take action on certain mail items.
