All mail and document scans are done in high resolution, then converted to PDF with full text search. You can authorize users to access your account, sync scans to cloud storage or accounting software, and even forward the physical copy.

Point your mail to one of our addresses and skip the hassle of opening and sorting entirely. We're authorized by the USPS as a Commercial Mail Receiving Agent to accept mail on your behalf, so your back-office just got a lot more streamlined.

Pick a plan and an address
Our plans scale with your business. You can start small and upgrade as you grow, or customize a plan if you need to scan a lot of documents. Choose an address from our network, that's where your mail and documents will go now. You can point your mail there, or just mail us documents you want scanned manually - it's up to you.
Get your mail and documents scanned
We'll take any mail or packages we get at your new address and scan the exteriors automatically, that's built into every plan. Then you get an email notice with the scan, so you can choose what to do next. Receipts, invoices, contracts, anything you want to scan - we make it happen.
Streamline your back-office document management
Automate your document management with our powerful Mailbox Rules, like automatically scanning mail from certain senders or automatically shredding mail from others. You can link up your cloud storage account too, and sync documents there. Our Bill.com app makes it easy to organize your financials and keep your accounting in check.
