How do I start using my virtual business address?
Once you’ve signed up for our service, you will need to complete a USPS Form 1583 authorizing us to receive and open your postal mail. Next, you will receive an email confirmation of your new address along with a Personal Mailbox Number (PMB). Then, start notifying your contacts and vendors of your new address with the PMB.
As your mailis received, we’ll scan it and upload it to your Earth Class Mail account as searchable, color PDFs. You simply log into our web or mobile app and decide what to do next: open and scan the contents, ship it, or shred it. For more on how this works, go here.
How do I access my virtual mailbox?
Any device can be used to access an Earth Class Mail account. Earth Class Mail is available on the desktop application, iOS mobile app, iOS iPad app, or the Android app.
Can I purchase multiple virtual addresses?
Yes, you can sign up for multiple addresses. Our business plans also include additional recipients, see more information here.
Do I have to pick up my mail or packages from my virtual mailbox?
No, you are not required to pick up your mail or parcel packages at a specific location. You can have your documents and packages conveniently shipped directly to your choice of address for an additional charge or store mail items free for 30-days and packages for 10 days. After that, additional storage fees will automatically apply. You may also shred mail you do not wish to have shipped or stored.

What documents do I need to sign up for a Virtual Mailbox?
To create your account, you will need a form of payment. We accept all major credit and debit cards. The United States Postal Service (USPS) requires all Commercial Mail Receiving Agencies (CMRA), like Earth Class Mail, to collect a notarized USPS 1583 Form from every customer who opens an account that authorizes us to open and scan your mail.
