From Albuquerque to Wilmington, We Have A Virtual Address in Every U.S. State (...and now, Atlanta!)

Getting a new address is exciting, and with Earth Class Mail, getting a new address for your business or yourself is as easy as a click of the mouse. A virtual address establishes your presence in a new location.

Whether you’re looking to set up with a marquee address like Park Ave in New York City or Market Street in San Francisco, or you’re looking to get set up with a local presence, such as Peachtree Street in Atlanta (newly launched!), Earth Class Mail has you covered.

A virtual address gives you all the benefits of a professional location without being physically at the location. With over 80 addresses in every U.S. state, you will find a virtual address that works for you. Your virtual address acts as the perfect solution for receiving, routing, and forwarding your mail, checks, and packages. Additionally, if you simply need an address to register your business, a virtual address is the best option.

Our Network of Virtual Addresses, Now Including Atlanta

We are pleased to offer over 80 addresses, including a range of street addresses and P.O. boxes, in every U.S. state. You will find addresses from the far reaches of Anchorage, Alaska, to Honolulu, Hawaii, to Denver, Colorado, and Dallas, Texas, or in Atlanta, Georgia, our newest address. Once you’ve decided on the right virtual address for your use case, your next step is to sign up for an Earth Class Mail plan.

How Virtual Addresses Work

Once you’ve signed up for an Earth Class Mail plan, selected your virtual address, filled out your 1583 form, and got it notarized (with a tool such as Notarize.com), you will receive your new mailing address with a unique PMB number. Next, you will notify and share your new address and PMB number with your contacts.

Once we start receiving your postal mail at the address, we route it to our secure facilities for mail scanning, check depositing*, and mail forwarding. You will receive digital scans, the option to forward your mail to you, or deposit the checks into your desired bank account. We also offer secure shredding at our facilities and integration with your preferred software, including bill.com, Dropbox, Google Drive, and Quickbooks Online.

Why Use A Virtual Address

A virtual address gives you a lot of flexibility. Whether you’re a solo entrepreneur, road warrior, remote company, or digital nomad — Earth Class Mail is the ideal solution to keep a consistent U.S. mailing address for your business or personal endeavors.

With about 50% of all small businesses in the United States being home-based businesses, there are many benefits to using a virtual address when registering your business.

As we mentioned in our blog post, How to Get a Virtual Mailing Address to Register Your Business, there are three important reasons to use a virtual address when registering a business:

  1. You don’t want to entangle your business and personal affairs.

  2. The address you use to register your business is public.

  3. You may be prohibited from operating a home-based business at your home address.

Getting a virtual address for your business protects your private information and keeps your business and personal affair separate. Getting a virtual address is easy. Sign-up for an Earth Class Mail plan, select from over 80 addresses, and begin your new virtual address presence today.
