Introductory instructions can be found if you go to Redirecting Your Mail, or you are welcome to contact our Customer Support team with questions. They can be reached by phone at 1-866-625-MAIL (6245), or 971-250-5000 if you're calling from outside of the United States. We're available Monday through Friday, from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., Pacific time, and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Or you can always email our Customer Support team at support@earthclassmail.com.
We are registered with the U.S. Postal Service as a Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (CMRA), and our customers are required to complete a USPS Form 1583 to authorize us to receive mail on their behalf. This same form is used by the USPS when you open a P.O. Box.
You will need to send to Earth Class Mail at least one completed and notarized Postal Consent Form for each Earth Class Mail address in your account.
Step 1. First, sign up. For tips on which service to sign up for, see "Should I sign up to use the service for residential or business (organizational) use?" above. You'll be asked for credit card information and your choice of Remote Addresses, among other things.
