| How do I know I can trust ECM employees? |

After going through our rigorous selection process and thorough background checks, Earth Class Mail’s operations specialists
are given RF-encoded ID badges which are scanned every time the employee removes a piece of mail from storage or performs a service on it.
This gives us a complete audit trail on every single letter or package in our custody so we always know where your mail is and who’s working on it.
