Selecting Your Addresses

We have mail receiving addresses in 19 cities across the country. You will choose one or more of these addresses when you sign up, and you can always add and remove addresses at any time while you are using Earth Class Mail. This makes it easy to have a local presence in as many locations as you want.

Earth Class Mail offers two basic types of addresses - Street Addresses and PO Boxes.

Street Addresses

A street address generally provides more services and meets more needs than a PO Box. Some merchants will only ship to a street address. Express carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc) will only deliver to a street address. Many financial institutions require a street address for issuing a credit card or a merchant account. Some government regulations require that you have a street address - for example, corporate registered agent service can only be provided with street addresses.

Earth Class Mail offers will-call pickup service at some of our street address locations. This service is not available for PO Boxes. Also, we typically have a mail processing center located in the same city as a street address. Therefore, incoming mail is generally processed faster at street addresses since there is no shipping delay.

Most of our street addresses have an additional monthly fee.

PO Boxes

We also provide PO Box addresses. PO Boxes provide our basic mail receiving service. You can only receive packages delivered by the USPS at a PO Box. If a PO Box is located in the same city as a street address then the mail is processed as fast as a street address in that city. Otherwise, it takes at least one business day to transport mail from other PO Boxes to our processing center.

All of our PO Box addresses are free.
