"I have moved 10 times during the past decade, and with Earth Class Mail I never lose track of my postal mail. I don’t have to worry about things getting lost or the reliability of mail forwarding and I can see it from anywhere. It’s nice to bring my postal mail into a world as manageable as email."
— Ben Singer, Chicago, Illinois
"I just accepted a new job in another state. Since I have no idea where I will be living, this service is the perfect solution! It's great to know that my postal mail will be seamlessly delivered to me online - no matter where I choose to live!"
— Laura Riley, San Francisco, CA

"Just wanted to let you know that your service is AMAZING! I'm going to tell all my friends."

"I was wavering back and forth between your company and another company. The other company has sent zero confirmation e-mails, and hasn't answered any of my e-mails in two days. Your company sent me two confirmation e-mails, and the one today from your customer service department made me feel all the more confident in your company and security.Thank you so much for your excellent service."

"Earth Class Mail has become a godsend for our family. Just as most people these days can't imagine how they ever managed without a cell phone, none of us can remember how we got along without Earth Class Mail. My aunt now uses it instead of driving 30 miles to a p.o. box that she was never sure even contained anything she wanted!
My husband is on the road a lot, and he can see and respond to his mail immediately while taking from me the burden of sifting through it (and calling him to read it to him!). When we go on vacation, we don't have to bother anyone else with monitoring our mail (or retrieving it to make it look like we're home!), and yet we also don't have to worry that we'll miss an important notice or be considered rude in getting back to someone who wrote us a letter!
My daughter is in graduate school in London, and she loves the fact that no matter where she moves while in school or in job changes afterward, she can continue to have the same address. And she gets information much faster and less expensively than with mail forwarding. My son is in the Navy, and he's able to get the "mailbag" a lot sooner than his shipmates!
"So how did we ever get along without you?!"
-- S.Harmon and Family (D.H., R.H. Sr., R.H. Jr., and J.T.)!
"How can I find out when there might be an IPO of stock in the company? ;)"

"It's a great idea for a service (I've been waiting for something like this for a long time) and I expect it will be used more and more often as people/companies move around more."

"This is a great idea! The US Postal Service now requires all residents in my neighborhood to pick up their mail at a “courtesy” PO Box. The post office is only one block away; I certainly have no problem walking down there, but the lobby doors are closed and locked after 4 PM.
Being a single working guy who doesn’t really have any friends in the area to fetch my mail while I’m at work, I find it to be practically impossible to get my mail there unless I take a day off. We residents used to have someone else pick up our mail, but the local post master sent us all a letter insisting that we are strictly prohibited from having someone else pick up our mail on our behalf. This absolutely ticked me off.
I checked every post office in neighboring communities. The best I was able to find was a nearby town’s post office that closes at 5 PM and leaves the lobby unlocked until the staff inside is ready to go home which is usually around 5:15 PM. Often I miss them by just a minute or two, and typically only can get my mail once a week if I’m even that lucky.
I already am in the practice of scanning all of my financial statements, utility bills, etc. and saving them on my computer. I find this to be more convenient and it certainly takes up less space than using a paper filing system. However, it is sometimes tedious being that I typically get my mail in large lump sums.
So instead of paying $4.83 a month to the post office to have this hassle and do it all myself, I can pay Earth Class Mail's monthly rates plus reasonable fees for a la carte, and have it all done for me?! I signed up!"

"I spent hours on the Internet search engines. Ever narrowing and narrowing my search, until I found it.
"I have been looking for almost a year. I was abroad from January till July of 2005. During that time, I received some "Time Sensitive Mail". It did not reach me until I returned to the US .
"The end result was: I lost services and benefits that I have had for years. Re-application is a bureaucratic nightmare! I contacted the Mail-Forwarding Service I have been using for the past 10 years. They told me that Scanning Mail was not available through them.
"Although I am not often abroad, I am away from my local mail service quite often. On occasion, I do receive time sensitive snail-mail. I'll be totally retired soon, probably spending more time abroad, and this service is exactly what I was looking for!
"I am so optimistic about Earth Class Mail that I have already been recommending it to others!"

"The leaders of SlimSoft lead a pretty nomadic life. We have embraced the virtual office concept for all of our employees. With companies in 3 different countries and employees spread all over the world, one of the biggest challenges we've had has been figuring out what to do with our paper mail.
"Most parts of running a virtual office have been solved by technology for some time. We can do all our banking online, including wiring money around, and our phone system is based on VoIP, which means it follows us anywhere, and many of our customers now pay their invoices by wire payments.
"But up until now, we have continued to struggle with paper based mail. If we are away on an extended trip when this happens, it is sometimes too late to deal with by the time we return.
"Earth Class Mail online po box and mail forwarding completely solves our paper-based mail dilemma! They scan the envelope and place the scanned image into a secure web portal for us to review. We also receive an email notifying us that new mail has arrived. We can then look at the envelope image and decide what to do with the mail item. We can recycle it if we know it is junk mail, package it up with other items and forward it to wherever we are via either overnight, or slower if appropriate, or best of all, request it to be opened and scanned.
"We can now handle any important mail in days, rather than weeks, regardless of if we are in Vancouver, Costa Rica, or anywhere else in the world!"
-- Andrew Waycott, SlimSoft Proficy Service
"As we aim to improve the cost, choice, and convenience of health benefits for small businesses, Concero is always looking for ways to reduce the cost of doing business. We are tremendously excited about using DCI's unique capabilities to reduce the high cost of paper processing still required in the healthcare environment. Their zero up-front pricing model fits with our view of the way the software world is moving towards Saas (like Concero itself)."
-- Alan Shiffer, CEO, Concero Group
"We are excited to be a customer of Earth Class Mail. We believe that a digital mail intake/document management system is going to be a strong component in the growth of our outsourced accounting firm, and we are looking forward to introducing it to all of our clients."
-- Karen Northup, CEO, Corefino
"In any business today it is essential to establish appropriate records retention and document destruction policies even if the documents aren't currently subject to Sarbanes-Oxley, HIPAA, or similar regulations. Email and other media are now relatively easy to archive in a compliant manner, but dealing with paper records -- particularly documents delivered by mail -- remains an arduous task. Earth Class Mail makes it easy to comply while simultaneously reducing the real costs of document handling, which should be extremely compelling to businesses of all sizes and across all industries."
