Earth Class Mail Pricing
Our Plans And Addresses
When you sign up for Earth Class Mail, you will select a plan and one or more addresses. The plan fee enables you to recieve mail and manage it online, and includes us scanning the outside of every mail piece you receive.
Additional activities that you request – for example, opening and scanning mail contents or shipping, have a per-activity fee. This gives you complete control over your costs.
The Essential plan provides basic Earth Class Mail service in a cost-effective package. The Professional plan has additional features that enable you to make the most of Earth Class Mail. Plan terms are month-to-month.

* First 50 pages. B+W content scans are $1 for each additional 50 pages. Color content scans are $1.50 for each additional 50 pages. Special handling surcharge for bound materials is an additional $3 for every 50 pages.

Shipping Fees
We pass the shipping carrier's fee to you with no markup and add a flat handling fee to each shipment:
Tracked Shipments:
$1.00 Domestic, plus $0.95 per item
$3.00 International, plus $0.95 per item
USPS First Class, Single Item Shipments:
$2.95 Domestic (shipment must be 5 ounces or less and no larger than 10" x 13")
$2.95–$6.90 International (cost depends on the item’s weight and destination).

We're pleased to pass along our FedEx volume discount directly to our customers. Here are estimates of our FedEx prices for an envelope-size package (1/2 pound, 8 1/2" x 11", approx. 10 letters), with the handling fees above not included:
