Earth Class Mail For Expatriates and Travelers

A Common Problem - What To Do About Your Mail?

Millions of Americans live and work throughout the world, travel regularly, or have multiple places they call home. Whether you have just recieved an overseas assignment or are travelling the country in an RV, you have the same problem - how to effectively handle your mail.

You will quickly discover that it is both expensive and painfully slow to use a mail forwarding service, especially if you are on the move. Your important mail is always one step behind you.

The Solution

Earth Class Mail gives you an affordable, reliable and secure way to receive your postal mail and packages while you are on the move. We deliver your mail to you online - you can access it anywhere there is an Internet connection.

We show you the front and back of each piece of mail we receive on your behalf, and you then decide what you would like us to do with it - open and scan the contents and make that available online, shred or recycle, ship it to you or someone else, etc.

Most of our customers find that they can deal with almost all of their mail online, only needing to ship 10%-20% of the total mail received.

We'll Also Deposit Your Checks

Earth Class Mail offers an electronic check deposit service for checks that originate in the U.S. into any personal or business bank account in the country. We will automatically detect if a check is present when you ask us to open and scan a mail piece, and with a few clicks of your mouse you can specify which of your bank accounts it should be deposited into. We'll even automatically deposit all checks that come to a specific bank account if you'd like.

Funds are deposited as quickly as two business days - so much faster and safer than shipping physical checks to you and then shipping them to your bank.

Our Entire Addresses Network Is Available To You

We have addresses in 19 cities across the U.S. You can choose to use as many of these as you'd like. Be close to home, be in a state with no sales tax like Oregon, or have an address on Park Avenue in New York City - it's all up to you.
