Former Pacificorp Executive Donald Bloodworth Joins Team

SEATTLE – June 20, 2007 – Earth Class Mail™, (www.EarthClassMail.com) a global service that delivers postal mail online, has hired Donald Bloodworth as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Don brings more than 26 years of finance, operations, and technology experience to Earth Class Mail.

Bloodworth spent 16 years at PacifiCorp, a diversified electric utility, where he held senior positions with their Corporate Finance group as well as subsidiaries in telecommunications and financial services. Don also has served as Corporate Controller at AirTouch Communications (now part of Verizon Wireless) and at 3Com Corporation during the spin-off and IPO of Palm.

Most recently, Don served as a consultant to emerging stage companies. As CEO of Finatus, he led the venture funded startup in the online environmental and workplace safety markets. As CFO and COO of Medicalogic/Medscape, Don helped lead the enterprise through a series of staged dispositions with sales of major operating units to WebMD and GE Medical Systems. He also served as CFO of GST Telecommunications where he led one of the most successful resolutions of a distressed financial situation in the deteriorating telecommunication industry by selling the enterprise to Time Warner Telecom.
