Each Earth Class Mail account can deposit into as many seperate bank accounts as you want. You have complete control over which checks are deposited into which accounts.

Automatic Deposit

Another option is for you to turn on automatic deposit. We will deposit all checks that come to a specified recipient into one of your bank accounts. We generate a daily summary containing images and text of everything we processed that day - both the checks and anything else that was in the envelope. If you want, we'll even notify you if we recieve a mail piece that didn't contain a check.

A Better Lockbox for Small Businesses

Earth Class Mail check deposit allows you to set up the equivalent of a bank lockbox, but with no minimum volume required and superior handling of non-check material. This sure beats going to the bank every day!

Credit Card Processing

Another common form of payment in the mail is hand-written credit card information sent in by your customers. You can enter these transactions using your existing credit card processing system, or outsource the work.
