Fraud committed through the mails is a felony. Earth Class Mail has zero tolerance for it.

Earth Class Mail's Fraud Policy. Our agreement with customers states as follows:

If Earth Class Mail in its sole discretion suspects your application or payment method is fraudulent, then we may in our sole discretion immediately suspend your account and turn all related information over to any or all of the USPS Office of the Postal Inspector, the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation, the applicable State Attorney General or Embassy with jurisdiction, and other local and national law enforcement authorities. 

In other words, if you're thinking of using our Services to facilitate the commission of fraud or of using a stolen credit card to pay for either our Services or merchandise that you want us to forward-ship, please think again. We operate aggressive fraud controls.
