Regardless of whether you choose our Elite or Essential subscription, you will be able to manage your mail without ever handling the paper. It's important to you that you are in control of your mail and parcels, but you don't want to spend your valuable time shredding credit card solicitations, recycling unwanted catalogs and mail, and sorting through the mail for your employees. With the Virtual Mailroom, you or whoever you designate sees what mail has been sent anywhere and at any time, but that's where the hassle ends.
Use our address to screen junk mail quickly and easily. With a street address, you can have us sign for and receive accountable mail and parcels for you, without the worry of having it left in your lobby. Transfer mail to your colleagues with the click of a mouse. There are so many ways to work more efficiently using the ECM Virtual Mailroom. In addition to the benefits of our online mail management application, we stand ready with additional services that you may need such as scanning, storing, shipping or shredding your mail. Understanding Service Fees
Service fees are based on what you do with your mail. While you can always recycle your mail at no charge, there are fees for shipping and for receiving mail that exceeds your subscription limits.

- Shipping rates are based on package weights, dimensions, and shipper. We provide estimates at the time the shipment is created.
- In-store pickup is free for certain premium addresses.
We review all scan requests and will notify you if the requested scan will be subject to a special handling fee. We won't charge you the fee without your approval.
Choosing an Address
We have mail receiving addresses in 19 cities across the country. You can choose one or more of these addresses when you sign up for a Virtual Mailroom, and you can always add and remove addresses at any time. This makes it easy to have a presence in several locations.

- Our fastest delivery times are in facilities that process mail onsite. If you receive mail at any of our addresses that are not marked “Fastest Delivery”, there may be up to a 6 day shipping delay as we forward mail to our nearest processing center.
- Express Mail from shippers other than USPS require a street address. If you will be receiving Express Mail from UPS, FedEx, DHL or other shippers, choose from one of our street addresses; they will not ship to a PO Box.
- Our Delaware street address can only receive mail and parcels via USPS. All other carriers will be returned to sender.
