Your envelope images and requested content/document scans are stored automatically in your Earth Class Mail account. You can access these for as long as your account is active. Organize your scans into folders, attach them to emails as a PDF, store on your hard drive, or delete when you no longer need them. Everything is in your control.
Physical Storage
Our unique technology assigns a bar code to your hard copy mail that permanently associates it with the digital image of your mail. We can safely store and quickly retrieve any mail piece that you need. Storage for the first 30 days post receipt is included in your subscription. For a nominal monthly fee we can store your mail and parcels so that you don’t need to rent storage space, or take up valuable space in your home or office. Your mail is safe and secure and can be shipped to you or to whomever you instruct with the click of a mouse. The choice is yours!
