Company Reveals Survey Findings Related to Benefits
of Using Online Postal Mail Management Services
BEAVERTON, Ore. June 24, 2010— Earth Class Mail (ECM), the world's leading provider of online inbound postal mail management solutions, today announced the findings from its recent customer survey. The survey revealed the most significant benefit offered by ECM to business users is the ability to virtually manage their inbound postal mail anytime, anywhere. Along with increased efficiency and time savings, ECM's services can help businesses present a more professional image by providing them with a physical address in one of 19 cities across the United States.
Earth Class Mail provides complete online mail management services including document scanning and storage, check deposit, mail and package forwarding, will call services at certain locations, and secure shredding and recycling designed to meet the needs of individuals and small businesses. It operates through an address network of post office boxes (P.O.) and street addresses in 19 cities across the U.S., with customers from more than 170 countries.

Key Findings
ECM customers are Web savvy with the survey revealing that a majority learned about the service through an Internet search engine, online article or blog entry. More than half of survey respondents cited adoption of ECM service because of the need for a consistent mailing address. Other reasons included the mail scanning service, the ability to manage postal mail online and a desire to have paperless postal mail delivery. Customers were also attracted by the check deposit service.
Business users cited the ability to receive and manage inbound postal mail anytime anywhere, to be the most highly valued benefit followed by the availability of scanning services. Survey participants most frequently found that ECM helped to reduce stress related to travel by providing a consistent address and the ability to virtually access physical mail received. Many respondents also found that saving time and the ability to stay organized a valuable benefit of the service. Many of the surveyed customers expressed interest in the outbound mail services and the ability to receive faxes in their ECM account.
Eighty-eight percent of business users gave ECM high marks for exceeding or meeting their expectations with timely forwarding services, high quality and dependable services, and excellent customer assistance.

CouchSurfing.com, a social networking site for travelers, uses Earth Class Mail's San Francisco street address for its inbound postal mail. Once the mail is scanned, CouchSurfing staff can deal with it from anywhere in the world. Multiple staffers log in daily and manage the company's mail whether they’re down the street in San Francisco, or on the other side of the globe.
Another company, Mission Property Group, utilizes Earth Class Mail to increase efficiency.
