How our address network works for you

We have mail receiving addresses in 19 cities across the country. You can choose one or more of these addresses when you sign up, and you can always add and remove addresses at any time while you are using Earth Class Mail. This makes it easy to have a presence in several locations.


For no additional cost to your subscription fee you can choose from one of our many PO Boxes. We offer additional services depending on the location, for an additional monthly fee.

  1. Our fastest delivery times are in facilities that process mail onsite. If you receive mail at any of our addresses that are not marked “Fastest Delivery”, there may be up to a 6 day shipping delay as we forward mail to our nearest processing center.
  2. Express Mail from shippers other than USPS require a street address. If you will be receiving Express Mail from UPS, FedEx, DHL or other shippers, choose from one of our street addresses; they will not ship to a PO Box.

Street Address or PO Box?

A street address provides more services than a PO Box:

  • Many merchants will only ship to a street address.
  • Non-USPS Express carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc) will only deliver to a street address.
  • Many financial institutions require a street address for issuing a credit card or a merchant account.
  • Some government regulations require that you have a street address - for example, corporate registered agent service.

Which is more important to you, location or speed?

Our wide address network allows us to offer many options for a location, but not all locations operate with the same service levels. If you are looking for the fastest possible delivery, choose an address or PO Box that is located at one of our processing facilities (these are all marked "Fastest Delivery" in the chart to the left). Other locations may take up to 6 days for mail to be forwarded to the nearest processing facility.
