Earth Class Mail provides comprehensive scanning services, customized to meet your needs. Scan everything as it comes in, or specify for each item – then sit back and let us do the work.

Mail Scanning

To see what’s inside an envelope or parcel, just click a link in our email alert or select it in our online interface. We’ll scan the full contents and email you again as soon as they’re online — usually within one business day. You can still have us store, ship, shred or recycle the hard copy, and now there’s a complete electronic replica that you can sort into a custom folder, transfer to someone else in your group, or download as a PDF file to save, print, or email. You make the choice, we make it happen.

Document Scanning

Have inbound documents sent to your Earth Class Mail address instead of your office, and we’ll scan them for you with no lost time or effort. We process large volumes, and bulky, two-sided, and bound materials are no problem. We can include a copy of the envelope and a time stamp so you have a full record of every invoice, application, payment, or brief. Install our bulk scan downloader on a Windows PC, and we can even send the files straight to your desktop. These are the tools you need to build a seamless workflow, without ever touching a paper document.

Searchable PDFs

With Optical Character Recognition (OCR), the downloadable PDF of each item you scan will include the full text of the document along with the scan image of the original page. That means you can instantly search through long documents for a specific phrase, or copy text into any application — smoothly integrating paper documents with your existing digital workflow.

High Volume Mail Scanning
