For the important mail you can request content scans, and organize your scans into folders, download searchable PDF files to your PC, mobile device, even your iPhone. We'll keep the hard copy in a secure file until you're ready to have it either securely destroyed, or re-shipped to any address in the world. We can also electronically deposit any checks that come in your mail. We can set up multiple recipients under each account, so you can safely and securely establish segregated mailboxes for each of your clients or as separate case files underneath a client. We can integrate with any content management system.
