Getting Started With Earth Class Mail

Step 1. Choose your subscription

We offer two subscriptions based on your mail volume, number of mailboxes, and the specific features you choose.

The Essential service provides basic Earth Class Mail service in a cost-effective package; you can add the features you want one at a time. The Elite service bundles all of our features that enable you to make the most of Earth Class Mail. Subscription terms are month-to-month.

Earth Class Mail is in 19 cities around the country. You can have as many addresses as you'd like. Your Earth Class Mail address looks just like a regular street address or PO Box, but includes a unique number that we provide to you which identifies your account (like a suite number). For example:

Step 2. Fill out a Postal Consent Form

Tell the U. S. Postal Service you want us to receive mail on your behalf. You can use our Postal Consent wizard to fill out the required USPS form 1583. It's a simple but important step that protects your identity.

You can also add additional recipients and multiple business names after signup.

Step 3. Tell others about your new address

Decide who to give your new Earth Class Mail address to. This gives you complete control to choose what mail you want to receive online and what you still want to receive at your existing address.

Step 4. Get started!

You can start receiving mail immediately after you have completed signing up. Welcome!
