Which shipping carriers do you use?
We ship domestically and internationally through USPS and FedEx.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping method, size and weight, and destination. At the time you prepare your shipment, you'll get a choice of shipping methods based on the destination. Each shipping method will have an estimate of the shipping charges. The estimate comes directly from the shipper.
Do you charge any handling fees in addition to shipping costs?
Yes. With our Mail and Parcel Forwarding product, handling fees are optimized for batching items in a shipment. There is a single handling fee of $3.95 for up to 12 items in the shipment, up to a maximum of 1 pound. For each additional item beyond 12, there is an additional $0.50/item, and for each additional pound there is a charge of $1/pound.
Can I pick up my mail?
No. The Mail and Parcel Forwarding product is limited to our Beaverton, Oregon address and processing facility. This address does not support walk-in service at this time.
Can I ship my mail today?
If you have made the request prior to the cut-off time of 12pm Pacific Time, it will ship after 1pm today. If it is past the cut-off time, please call support and for a small fee we may be able to expedite your request.
Are there limits on the size of shipment Earth Class Mail can receive?
Yes. If you are planning to receive an oversize item to your ECM address, check with customer support to verify that we can accept your oversize item.

Yes. With our Virtual Mailroom product there is a per shipment fee ($3 international, $1 within the US) as well as a charge of $0.95 per item in the shipment.
Can you bundle items into a single shipment?
We are often able to bundle items into a single shipment, depending on the size and weight of your items.
Can I pick up my mail?
If you’re signed up for one of our street addresses that offers walk-in service, your account will include an option to order one or more of the items stored there to be set aside for you or someone you specify to pick up at a specified date. Our store manager will ask to see a photo ID before releasing the mail.
Can I ship or pick up my mail today?
If you have made the request prior to the cut-off time for the facility (usually noon local time), it will ship or be available for pickup after 1pm today. If it is past the cut-off time, please call support and for a small fee we may be able to expedite your request.

Can I accept letter mail?
No. With Borderless Shopping only parcels will be accepted at your ECM address. Any letter mail will be returned.
Can you bundle items into a single shipment?
Consolidating items into the smallest number of boxes is one of the advantages of Borderless Shopping. We aggregate your international shipment to save you the most money.
Can I pick up my mail?
No. There is no walk-in service for Borderless Shopping.
Can I ship my mail today?
