We are often able to bundle items into a single shipment, depending on the size and weight of your items.
Our security policies prevent our operators from removing or modifying the contents of your mail before shipping it, even if by your request.

| Can I pick up my mail? |

If you’re signed up for one of our street addresses that offers in-store pickup, your account will include an option to
order one or more of the items stored there to be set aside for you or someone you specify to pick up at a specified date. Our
store manager will ask to see a photo ID before releasing the mail.
