| Are scans included? |

We scan the outside of each envelope and package as it’s received; that’s part of the receiving process, and thus covered by your plan. If you later need us to open the envelope and scan what’s inside, we charge a flat fee for each piece of mail to cover the labor costs of extracting the mail from storage, preparing it for scanning, and verifying the quality of the image. Because our scanners are machine-fed, we don’t need to charge extra for larger items, as long as they’re 50 pages or less.

| Can you send me scans by email? |
|
We can. This feature can be enabled in the Settings section of your account. For security reasons, this feature is off by default.
