Can I see images of the Mail and Parcels I receive?
Yes. Every piece of mail and every parcel is scanned so that you can see the outside of the envelope or box. These images are available when you login to your account. You may also enable alerts that will send you these images to you via email.
Do you open and scan my mail or parcels?
No. With our Mail and Parcel Forwarding product, you may choose to have each item either shredded, recycled or shipped to any address you choose.

Do you open and scan my mail or parcels?
Yes, document scanning is available for a fee. Scans start at $1.50 for up to 15 pages for black and white scans, or $2 for color. For items that contain more than 15 pages, each additional 15 pages are $1 for black and white, or $1.50 for color.
How do I get my scans?
When you login to your account you can see your scans online, or you can download a PDF file to your computer.
Can you send me scans by email?
Yes. This feature can be enabled in the Settings section of your account. For security reasons, this feature is off by default.
How do I download all my scans at once?
A Bulk Scan Downloader is available for downloading all of your scans at once.
Can you scan two sided? Color? Magazine?
We offer both color and black and white scans. For two sided documents, both sides will be scanned automatically. For large documents or magazines we will charge an additional fee based on the size and type of document.
Can I have a scan completed immediately?
For a small fee we may be able to assist you with completing your scan shortly after you have requested it. Call support at 866-625-6245 and we will do our best to assist.
