How does it work?
Earth Class Mail is like having a mailbox with online access. You select which of our addresses you want to receive mail at, and when mail arrives, we scan the outside and post it to your online account. You get an email alerting that you have new mail. Once you login to your secure account, you control which of our Mail Management features you use.
How do I know you won’t go away?
Earth Class Mail has been around since 2004 and is considered the industry leader in Online Mail Management. Tens of thousands of users currently trust us to manage their mail, and more are signing up every day. We are always enhancing and improving our service by offering new, exciting features and adding new addresses around the country.
How do I see my mail?
All mail that is delivered to your account can be seen in your account. You will see a scan of the outside of the item, and some other item details. You have additional options for viewing your mail:
  • Shipping-You can have items forwarded to the address you choose.
  • Scanning-Mail can be opened and scanned at your request.
  • Pick Up-Mail stored at Premium Street Addresses can be picked up.
Do I have to be in the United States?
We provide service to customers around the world. Every day, international customers use us to receive and manage mail in the United States. We can even help you get started in the U.S. with our Registered Agent service.
How soon can I start receiving mail?
Accounts can be created in just a few minutes, and are ready to receive mail as soon and you receive your “Welcome” email, usually in moments. All customers are required to complete the Postal Consent Form, and this must be approved before we can allow physical access to mail.
How long do operations that I request take?
  • Mail received is delivered to your account in always less than two business days, and usually just a few hours when properly addressed.
  • Scans are completed by the end of the next business day.
  • Shipments can be sent same day if ordered before 12 Noon local time, or the following day if after the deadline.
  • Pickups can be ready same day if requested before 11am local time.
  • Recycling and Shredding can be canceled up to 48 hours after requested.
  • Check Deposit transactions can be done in as few as two business days.
What kind of mail can I receive?
  • Parcels: USPS Parcels are accepted at any address. UPS, FedEx, DHL shipments must be delivered to a street address. Parcel deliveries by other parties must be inspected before receipt, to ensure reshipment eligibility.
  • Certified Mail and other deliveries requiring a signature:  By completing a Postal Consent Form, you’ll be authorizing us to sign on your behalf for all correctly-addressed deliveries, with the optional exception of Restricted Delivery Mail.
  • Restricted Delivery Mail:  You can choose on the Postal Consent Form whether or not we are authorized to accept Restricted Mail. NOTE: Restricted mail is different from Certified Mail.
  • Junk Mail: Currently, The US Post Office requires us to receive all mail properly addressed to your address. Most customers experience a significant reduction in junk mail because mail addressed to “Current Resident” is not forwarded. Junk mail that is received is scanned into your account, but it only takes two mouse clicks to delete. Junk mail does count as a Mail Item Received, but few customers experience overages thanks to our high volume limits.
  • COD Shipments: Cash on Delivery shipments will always be refused.
Do you have mobile device access?
Email alerts provide notification of new mail and offer limited commands providing a small level of mobile accessibility from many mobile devices.

The Earth Class Mail Web application can be accessed from an iPhone using a native iPhone app.
