| What kind of payments do you accept? |

Payments are accepted by all major credit and debit cards. We cannot accept payment via PayPal, check, or bank transfer.

| Can I prepay? |

In case you need to control when our charges go through, your account includes an interface to manually transfer funds from an accepted credit or debit card and establish a balance of up to $2,000 under your Earth Class Mail account. Because we offer the lowest possible prices to all our customers, there are no discounts for prepayment.

| How often do you bill? |
|
Billing is done monthly, on the same day of the month when you originally signed up. You may also be charged mid-month for service charges that total more than $25. To reduce the billing frequency, you have the option of pre-funding your account in advance (see above.)

| How do I change or update my credit card info? |
|
Credit card information can be updated at any time in the Settings sections of your account.
