Can I have multiple addresses on the same account?
No. With the Mail and Parcel Forwarding product you get a single address at our Beaverton, Oregon facility. If you need multiple addresses, consider our Virtual Mailroom product.
Can I pick up my mail or items at your location?
No. Our Beaverton, Oregon facility does not have walk-in support at this time.
How long does it take to receive my mail?
Mail received at our Beaverton, Oregon facility will be available online within 1-2 business days after delivery.
Virtual Mailroom
Can I have multiple addresses on the same account?
Yes. With our Virtual Mailroom product you can receive mail at multiple addresses across the country, and have access to all your mail with the same login.
Can I pick up my mail or items at your location?
We have several facilities that offer walk-in hours for getting your mail, for addresses at those facilities. Check the Contact Us page for details on hours at those facilities.
Do all addresses cost the same?
No. Please see our Virtual Mailroom page, click on "Choosing an Address" for details on address pricing.
How long does it take to receive my mail?
Our processing facilities are located in California, New York, Oregon, and Washington, and mail received at any of our addresses in those states will be available online within 1-2 business days after delivery. Mail received at our other locations is forwarded to one of those facilities before it can be processed, causing an additional delay of up to six business days depending on the distance traveled.
Borderless Shopping
Can I have multiple addresses on the same account?
No. With the Borderless Shopping product you get a single address at our Beaverton, Oregon facility. If you need multiple addresses, consider our Virtual Mailroom product.
