Earth Class Mail Receives $3 Million in Financing from Comerica Bank

Additional funds will further infrastructure growth.

SEATTLE – June 24, 2008 – Earth Class Mail™ Corp., the global leader in delivering postal mail online, announced an agreement with Comerica Bank to provide a $3 million senior secured borrowing facility. The money will fund the company’s infrastructure growth as it expands its number of mail receiving locations (retail stores) and mail processing "hub" facilities in major U.S. cities. This debt financing is in addition to $13.4 million of Series A equity financing that the company has raised prior from the Ignition Partners venture fund and private individuals.

Earth Class Mail is the only online postal-mail delivery service for individuals and businesses that scales to national deployment by postal operators so that every Internet-enabled citizen and business in a country can receive postal mail online.

Individual customers include small businesses, remote workers, road warriors, college students, and anyone with a mobile lifestyle. Enterprise customers include a Fortune 100 company that by next year will have all of its more than 50,000 employees receiving postal mail electronically.
