Automatic Text Recognition in Content Scans

We use Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to turn characters found in your content scans into searchable, machine readable text. We put the text in an invisible layer in the PDF file, lined up with the characters in the scan.

This results in a PDF file that is searchable, can be copied/pasted into another application, and opens the door to sophisticated integration with your existing systems.

Legal Proof of Receipt and Envelope Images

Legal and regulatory applications often require that the content scan include a stamp showing when the document was received, and that the envelope images are included in the content scan. We've got it covered.

Auto-Scan Option

You can turn on the Auto-Scan setting, and we will automatically open and scan every mail piece that matches the criteria you have set (max number of pages, postage class, etc).
