We'll keep the hard copy in a secure file until you're ready to have it either securely destroyed, or re-shipped to any address in the world. We can also electronically deposit any checks that come in your mail. We can set up multiple recipients under each account, so you can safely and securely establish segregated mailboxes for each of your clients.
